Important Disclosures
Clear information about our role, fees, limitations, and your choices.
We are not lawyers
US Property Recovery is a private funds-recovery and claimant-support business. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, courtroom representation, or an attorney-client relationship.
No government affiliation
US Property Recovery is not a court, sheriff, clerk, trustee, county, parish, state agency, federal agency, or official unclaimed-property office. Communications from us are private-business communications.
No upfront recovery fee
There is no upfront recovery fee. If you enter a written recovery agreement, you owe US Property Recovery no recovery fee unless funds are successfully recovered for you. Any fee is governed by the written agreement and applicable law.
You may be able to claim funds yourself
Hiring a private recovery company may not be required. Depending on the claim and funds holder, you may be able to locate information, obtain forms, and apply directly without paying a recovery fee.
No guaranteed result
The existence of a possible surplus does not establish legal entitlement. We do not guarantee that funds exist, that you are the proper claimant, that a claim will be approved, the amount of any recovery, or a completion date.
Claims may involve legal issues
Mortgages, liens, judgments, taxes, bankruptcy, probate, succession, heirship, divorce, ownership disputes, assignments, competing claims, deadlines, and court orders may affect a claim. You should obtain advice from an independently licensed attorney when legal analysis or representation is needed.
Foreclosure assistance limitation
US Property Recovery does not provide foreclosure defense, bankruptcy services, loan modification, debt relief, title opinions, or legal representation intended to stop or delay a foreclosure.
Initial inquiries are not privileged
Because US Property Recovery is not a law firm, information submitted to us is not protected by attorney-client privilege merely because it concerns a legal matter.
