No guarantee
We do not guarantee that funds exist, that you are eligible, that a claim will be accepted, the amount of any payment, or the time required. Information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
No service agreement through website use
Submitting an inquiry does not retain US Property Recovery. Paid recovery services, scope, responsibilities, and fees require a separate written agreement.
Contingent recovery fee
US Property Recovery does not charge an upfront recovery fee. A recovery fee is owed only after a successful recovery and only as stated in a written agreement, subject to applicable law.
Your submissions
You agree to provide information you reasonably believe is accurate and that you have authority to provide. Do not upload unlawful material, malware, or another person’s sensitive information without authorization.
